I graduated from Terra Sancta College in Amman

University

I studied Civil Engineering at the University of Nottingham, UK

Work

While in school I worked during holidays so that I could travel the world as a student

Army

I served in the Arab Army for two year, as an engineer who managed military projects to build workshops for tank repairs

Engineering

I worked night shifts to increase my wage as a field engineer in construction companies

Accenture

I worked as a consultant in the global consulting company Accenture, starting from Chicago and ending in the Arabian Gulf, during which I oversaw projects for establishing and restructuring companies.

Retirement

I retired early from my position as partner in charge of the Middle East region at the global consulting firm Accenture

Impact

I established a group of leading professional service institutions in strategic consulting, specialized management, information systems “Nextmove” , and training. This included a management consulting company.

Investing

I have my own fund to invest in companies from different sectors with the aim of developing and growing them

Boards

I became a member of several advisory boards for universities, non-governmental organizations, private companies, research centers, and institutions in the Arab world and America.

Leadership

My passion focuses on motivating and helping others succeed, and therefore I placed my attention on social entrepreneurship

Youth

I chose to focus on the youth, especially in the Arab world. I worked on providing them with tools and resources to support them

Falafel

I launched falafel theory based on my practical thinking style and belief in doing more with less, with focus on reducing the time between ideas and applying them on the ground

Awards

I have been honored by international and regional institutions, the most important of which is winning the Royal Jordanian Medal. Additionally, the New Think Initiative, which I established and developed over a period of 6 years, won the Arab Social Media Award from Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum in Dubai.

I invested in ideas from young entrepreneurs, and I provided financial support, mentorship, and networking, and I launched initiatives and social programs at Al-Jude to influence and motivate

My influence continues to grow, and my ideas and goals become clearer and more developed, because I live by the words of Gibran Khalil Gibran: “Don’t live half a life”

A Day In My Life

I wake up at 5:00AM

I learn something new everyday before starting work

I workout every morning to maintain my health, and better health means a better mind

Work, Projects, and Follow-up

Late lunches with my family, this bonding has given me strength for all my accomplishments so far

I try something new, scary, or crazy everyday

Watching movies, because movies help me learn new ideas and methods that break out of traditional thinking and unleash imagination
